After completing the form, we will contact you via the email address provided. You will also receive an invitation to an online interview, where we will explain all project details.
Recruitment Procedure
- Initial Selection:
Candidates who pass the first stage of recruitment based on their short application will be invited to an online meeting
During the meeting, we will present detailed information about the project and answer any questions.
Familiarity with the ESC programme guide is a minimum requirement for participation.
- Full Application:
After the interview, we will send a full application form to interested candidates, including project-related questions. On that stage you MUST have sending organisation
- Logistical & Organisational Details:
Together with the full application, you will receive detailed logistical and organisational guidelines for the project (according to the contract and ESC programme rules).
- Final Interview:
Based on the submitted applications, we will shortlist candidates for an online interview.
Selection will be made with consideration for diversity in gender, country, and age, in accordance with programme guidelines.
- Final Selection:
Following the interviews, we will confirmation and be invited to participate in the project.

By submitting your application, you confirm that:
- You speak English at a fluent, communicative level (minimum B1/B2).
- You are motivated to work as an educator in an organisation of your choice and wish to gain knowledge and experience in this field.
- You have read and understood the ESC programme principles and agree with its objectives and conditions.
